 What is Self-Love?

    I think self-love means loving our body, soul, and mind. Self-love isn't being selfish, it's just putting yourself first and not being too tough on yourself. Self-love is realising that we are only human and it's okay to make mistakes, be vulnerable enough to accept your flaws. We have to be brave enough to forgive ourselves, for all the mistakes you've made and all the chances you didn't take. When we love ourselves more we instantly change our perspective of the world. Self-love can give us more positive attitude towards life. Self love means accept yourself fully, treat yourself with kindness and respect, speak good to yourself, take care of yourself, appreciate your energy, make yourself a priority, focus on what makes you happy, be the best version of you, don't just be good to others, also be good to yourself, be there for yourself, be happy with yourself, know your worth, and most importantly is don't compare yourself to others. Put yourself a little higher on your priority list. Accept yourself to be what you are as a person.Self love is important to a happy life. When you are happy with yourself, you can do things better and more ready to take yourself on new adventures, and you can love others better.
